Facilitation & Assessment Package
This package is aimed at addressing and resolving short & long term workplace culture challenges in theater and arts spaces. It includes individual listening sessions, facilitated group conversation aimed at conflict resolution, a full assessment and suggested inclusion action plan in the follow-up after completion.
