Our Show-Specific Support Packages

Our Facilitation Packages
Our facilitation offerings are aimed at addressing and resolving workplace culture and EDI challenges in theater and arts spaces. We lead with calmness, curiosity and compassion when conducting individual listening sessions, facilitating group conversation, and offering meaningful resolutions.
Our Signature Workshops
All of our signature workshop offerings are custom tailored to your organization or groups specific needs and circumstances. They are robust and engaging half-day (3-4 hour) offerings, intended for up to 25 participants. Each workshop includes:
- Virtual planning sessions
- Interactive activities, curated and facilitated by consultant
- Engaging and compassionate discussion
- Clear, actionable steps for each individual by the workshop’s end
- Take home materials for optional further learning
- Follow-up debrief
